Most Venerable Prof Dr Phra Brahmapundit, PhD, chairman of the International Association of Buddhist Universities (IABU) and rector of Mahachulalongkorn University of Thailand, delivering a lecture on Buddhist Contributions to Higher Education at the inaugural international seminar during the SSBU opening ceremony on 6-7 February 2016 in Taunggyi, Shan State, Union of Myanmar.
